We offer a convenient customer collection option for our briquettes from two North East locations. Collecting direct is a simple and cost-effective way to stock up on sustainably produced, high-quality fuel.

Collection Locations

Billingham (TS23)
Easily accessible by car, our Billingham collection point is ideal for customers in Teesside and surrounding areas.

Jesmond (NE2)
Located close to Newcastle city centre, our Jesmond collection point is also accessible by car and convenient for customers across Tyneside.

Both locations allow you to pull up and load directly into your boot, helping to keep transport simple and efficient.

Collection Times

All collections are by prior arrangement. Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours of being placed. Often same day collections can be arranged.
