Deliveries

At Oko Solid Fuels, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and efficient delivery experience. Our delivery policy ensures that your eco-friendly sawdust briquettes are delivered to your doorstep in a timely and secure manner.

All pallet orders are delivered via our courier using a curb side palletised delivery service which usually arrives within 1-2 days. 

Delivery Restrictions:

Currently, we only offer delivery within the UK. If you are located outside of this area, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are constantly working to expand our delivery network and hope to serve you in the near future.

Delivery Issues:

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as a delay or damaged package, please contact our customer support team immediately via sales@okosolidfuels.com. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

International Delivery:

At this time, we do not offer international delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
